Company Overview:
Cebu Primera Food Industries Inc., operator of the Mang Tinapay brand, is a fast-growing chain of bakeshops & snackshops that started in Cebu and has now brand presence & stores across the Philippines--in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao.
Position Objective:
To properly record and analyze business transactions of the company in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
Major Tasks:
Receives, reviews & analyzes Daily Sales Reports (DSR), attachments & deposit slips from branches and does follow ups when branches are late in submission
Encodes or enters Sales in Sales vs. Deposit;
Identify and reports discrepancy to Regional Accounting Manager
Exports total sales of the month of branches from Quickbooks
Performs bank reconciliation for all bank transactions
Monitors bank transactions, deposits & disbursements though Excel monitoring and online banking
Job Requirement:
Must be a graduate of any Accounting course or any Business Management related courses (e.g. Accountancy, Management Accounting, etc)
Minimum of 2 years experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning.
Has a high degree of the values of honesty, integrity, and credibility.
Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office) and preferably with knowledge in any computerized accounting system (e.g. Quickbooks)
Possesses sense of responsibility and is keen to details
Strong analytical and organizational skills and thoroughness in the handling of data and figures.
Has broad understanding in business and administrative affairs.
Has sense of initiative and can work under pressure.
Has proficient oral & written communication skills, and can handle interactions with other members of the team
