JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Manage, supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as but not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget, treasury management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Monitors and analyzes department works to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Essential Responsibilities:
• Report financial information in an accurate and timely manner;
• Monitors and analyzes department works to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare financial forecast, budget, various analysis and monitors budget compliance in order to provide a meaningful picture of the financial situation of the company
• Supervise the work of Finance and Accounting department section's supervisors, accountants, accounting assistants, and other assigned staff; assign, direct, monitor and evaluate staff work; plan and coordinate professional development activities; implement corrective action as appropriate.
• Interprets various accounting data, analyzes, recommends and/or initiates actions to be taken.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
• In-charge of monitoring and executing financial and internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial records.
• Interface with financial consultants, auditors and government agencies.
• Attend meetings, conferences and training's as required; participate on committees, task forces and work groups as assigned.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Education:
College Graduate preferably BS Accounting
Experience:
At least 1 year working experience in the same field
Relationships:
Work with Admin, Front and Back of the house personnel
