Accounting Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review the output of the Accounts Payables Staff
a. Process of payables/disbursements (commission of agents, policy benefits, death claims, operational expenses and others) thru Elife & UBP Portal
b. Preparation of Order of Payment (OP) from the Request for Payment (FRP)
c. Preparation of BIR Form 2307 (Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate at Source)
d. Payment Processing/Preparation of Disbursement/Check Vouchers
e. Answering telephone inquiry regarding unpaid/paid disbursement
f. Monitoring/Inventory of checkbook (padded and customized checks)
2. Review the output of the Replenishment Staff
a. Checking and review of CA-I Replenishment Reports
b. Attachment of documents for transactions processed at Head Office (GIOP, DM for commission of agents, Mother Check Voucher and others)
c. Preparation of Journal Vouchers to correct the accounting entries
d. Coordinate with Branch Cashiers regarding findings and other concerns on forwarded replenishment reports
e. Preparation of Monthly/Annual branch offices Operational Expenses
