ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial or Management Accounting.
CPA is a plus but not required.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Knowledge in Quickbooks and Oracle systems is an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivable / Payable is required for this position.
Analytical & Time Management Skills.
Job Descriptions:
Maintain & updates A/R subsidiary ledgers.
Reconcile receivables balances.
Monitoring of tenants' past due accounts.
Prepares Statements of Account
Prepares letter of past due accounts and letter of in-default.
Undertake account reconciliation with tenants.
Posting of collections and BIR Form 2307.
Present reports during bimonthly credit and collection meetings with Leasing Department.
Maintains tenants' files and audits Leasing Department transactions.
Performs such other accounting-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial or Management Accounting.
CPA is a plus but not required.
Proficient in using MS Office.
Knowledge in Quickbooks and Oracle systems is an advantage.
At least 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable is required for this position.

Job Descriptions:
Responsible for the daily processing of accounts payable invoices.
Validates supplier's invoices received, matching against pertinent supporting documents.
Maintain and updates A/P subsidiary ledgers.
Reconcile payables balances and maintains suppliers' files.
Audits Purchasing Department transactions.
Monitors unserved Purchase Orders.
Performs such other accounting-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
BOOKKEEPER
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
At least 1-3 years of working experience.
Ability to produce trial balance.
Ability to do account reconciliation.
Job Descriptions:
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Maintains historical accounting & financial records.
Prepares BIR reports and other tax computations.
Maintains bank accounts.
