Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining an organization's key accounting records and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing data transactions and bank feeds
Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts
Completing bank reconciliations
Additional ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
Must have a background and experience on using QuickBooks.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Other Requirements:
A home office set up that meets the following:
A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac
Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
HD webcam/camera
A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) from Monday to Friday.
Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
