Audible Illusions is looking for a new addition to our ever-growing family. This time, we are looking for an Office Staff that is capable of managing our documents and our inventory, as well as provide administrative support for our day-to-day operations.
We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and the desire to grow personally and professionally in the Audio-Video industry.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring product expiration dates, and managing reorder points.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and resolve any inventory-related issues.
Sales Receipt Management:
• Issue receipts
• Verify daily transactions
Document Management and Filing:
• Establish and maintain an efficient document management system, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper categorization, organization, and storage of documents.
• Manage document retrieval and archiving processes, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word skills to create and update reports, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents.
General Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects, as needed, to support overall office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor in business-related courses.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience using Quickbooks Online
• Previous experience in inventory management, sales receipt processing, or document management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
