Job Descriptions
The main role of this job is to act as support for the accounting department.
Accounting tasks, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms, coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.
Must have experience in Quick Books.
Computing the billing statements, setting up and submitting tax forms.
Helping the Main Office personnel with the activities related to Admin and accounting
Job Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
Quick Books: 1 year (Required)
Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
