Job Overview
The Accounting adjunct will be responsible for maintaining the accounting system of the company, which includes monitoring and analyzing accounting data, as well as producing financial reports and statements and establishing and enforcing accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Responsibilities and tasks?
» Provides the reports on financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and the financial performance of the company against key business metrics
» Prepares budget and regular forecasts in line with the requirements of management
» Ensures documentation of financial transactions and entries, as well as payment and collection schedules
» Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
» Summarizes current financial status and prepares regular and special financial reports and statements
» Conducts financial audits to appraise operating performance in terms of profitcapability and cost-effectiveness
» Maintains accounting controls and security by preparing, and enforcing policies and procedures
» Ensures compliance with governmental financial requirements and statutory audit processes and reporting
» contact with external auditors and consultants and maintain banking relationships
Requirements:
Qualifications?
» Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
» Proven expertise of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
» capability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
» High attention to detail and accuracy
» Strong analytical expertise with a goal-oriented attitude
» Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office, Google drive, and other accounting and support software
» Strong proficiency in corporate accounting and pertinent GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
» BS degree in Accounting or Finance
» Preferably with at least two (2) years of work/accounting practice
