Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
JOB SUMMARY:
Overall responsible for the review and approval of accounting documents including tax transactions, accounts payables, check vouchers and financial statements. Responsible for the reporting of company financial status as well as plans to improve financial viability of MCTC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily
Manages the flow accounting transactions to ensure the accuracy of financial information
Analyze the accounting process to maximize good results and get better relationship among customers.
Analyzing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts.
Approval and analysis of accounting documents.
Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Analyzing management report
Checking & analyzing financial statements
Occasionally ( Audit, Emergency, Etc.)
Coordinates with other dept. regarding the suggested plans and procedures to solve accounting issues.
Monitor actions and improvements to answer audit findings.
Plans for more effective ways of accounting procedures to facilitate accounting reports.
Attend seminars, business meetings on tax laws and implementation
Suggests improvements, plans and computations
