Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide and present financial information to the management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports
Prepare and maintain documentation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Maintain organized and detailed records of financial transactions; summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Secure financial information by completing database backups
Ensure business compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions
Generate special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

Required Credentials and Experience:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 5Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Well-versed in utilizing accounting tools, especially Xero
Familiar with the Australian Taxation law
Experienced in financial reporting requirements and working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
