Job Description
Conduct full cycle accounting
Correctly record, monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and accounts
Manage daily AR postings and monitor and manage different currencies
Customer invoices are reconciled to accounts receivable statements
Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly
Manage extended health and benefits plan, maintain vacation/sick-day tracking
Maintain accounting and tax filing systems
Complete bank reconciliations
Develop, maintain and improve business processes and accounting policies & procedures
Suggest and implement internal controls
Automate all functions
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
Assisting with annual statements, including Audit document preparation as required.
Investigate issues and reconcile accounts as needed
Preparing and remitting local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings for all countries
Assisting with cash flow forecasting
Complete month-end close, account reconciliations for all balance sheets accounts, journal entries for: sales, accruals, pre-paids, depreciation, reversals, intercompany
Ensure all foreign currency transactions are accounted for correctly
Prepare KPI's reports, suggest improvements
Maintain the chart of accounts
Maintain an orderly and automated accounting filing system
Maintain a system of controls over accounting transaction
Cover for team members in back-up role for vacation and/or high-volume work efforts
Able to have flexible work schedule and at times work outside of your normal business hours to accommodate effective communications with stakeholders in the Global organization
Other duties as required, special projects as assigned
Job Qualification
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
A Certified Public Accountant
Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
