Job description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we're compliant with all tax regulations.
Responsibilities
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports
Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Issue invoices to customers and external partners
Review and file payroll documents
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
To qualify you must have:
Must be a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
Have relative experience
With knowledge in preparation of SI/DR, SOA and monitoring of receivables, preparation of monthly reports and reconciliation; deferred Revenue, Revenue, Output VAT, Prepaid Expense Tax, Accounts Receivable Aging and internal Reconciliation of AR with AP
