Job Description:
Cash flow Forecasting relating to operating expenses
Preparation of financial reports to the Management - Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Positions, Statement of Cash Flow
Computation of the net salary of the Company's employees
Computation of government mandatory deductions such as SSS, Philhealth and HDMF
Preparation of Payroll Register showing individual salaries and computation thereof
Preparation of Government Remittances as follows: Social Security System, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Home Development Mutual Fund, Bureau of Internal Revenue
Tax Computation and preparation of BIR Forms
Ensures correctness of GL account balances by periodically performing account analysis and reconciliation
Prepares various schedules and analyses
Perform month end closing process and reconciliation of balance sheet account
Prepares financial statements and consolidated financial statements in a timely and accurate manner
Reviews documents and completeness of records
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommend improvements
Supports annual external audit and year end reporting
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferrably Certified Public Accountant.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must have sound understanding of taxation, accounting standards and audit requirements
Candidate must be experienced in financial reporting requirements
