About the job AccountantPosition Title: AccountantWork Set Up: OnsiteQuick Rundown:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support overall financial health. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.What You'll Do:Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, records, and reportsManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collectionsReconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accountsPrepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsAssist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysisConduct audits and ensure internal controls are properly implementedAnalyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving and efficiency improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-makingStay updated with accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulationsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a plusProven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial roleProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi Voyager, Xero) and Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reportingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
