About the job AccountantPosition Title: AccountantWork Set Up: On-siteSchedule: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM PHTJob Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark PampangaQuick Rundown:As an Accountant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as maintaining key accounting records, ledgers, and recording transactionsTo do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite, and be fast at solving problems. It's helpful that you are also excellent in task management, time management, and overall accountability.What You'll Do:Maintain assigned accountsContinuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvementsHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerProvide support for internal and external auditsPerform general bookkeeping dutiesPerform additional finance responsibility when applicable or assignedMonth end and year end closing and preparation of Financial StatementsBIR Compliances such as Expanded, Income Tax ReturnsPreparation of BIR 2316What We're Looking For:Must have an accountancy degree or relevant degree in finance or business Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related coursesMust have at least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeepingStrong knowledge with BIR compliancesStrong attention to details with dedication to accuracyAbility to analyze large set of dataAbility to maintain confidentialitySelf-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting deadlinesGood time management and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and Google SuiteWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
