Job Description
Ensures that accounting transactions are properly recorded, posted, processed and reported for the accurate presentation of balance sheet and income statement.
Prepare regular tax reports required by BIR and other government regulatory agencies to ensure timely submission and compliance.
Secures required licenses and any similar documents from BIR, Local Government and other government regulatory agencies if any.
Prepares the necessary reports and documents for annual financial audit and liaise with the company's external auditors in the audit process.
Documents and assists in the implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
Preparation of balance sheet accounts schedules and reconciliation on a monthly basis.
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
Responsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of month end and adjusting journal entries.
Assist in the continuous improvement of financial accounting and reporting procedures.
Any other roles and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Highly organized, systematic and flexible
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and QuickBooks
CPA license is a plus
