Job Description
To prepare financial reports to track the organisations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and other related financial activities.
Preparing financial reports; provide supporting documents for audit. Protects organisations value by keeping information confidential
Producing monthly reports. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions in ERP System (Onyx)
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Preparing Invoices for 100% completed work and advance payment and recording of payments received from customers.
Receiving and recording for vendor parables and scheduling of payments
To prepare the yearly Budget Plan to ensure control of costs.
Preparing Tax Returns Quarterly (Input & Output Tax)
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Computer and accounting software proficiency
