Reporting to the CEO, he/she shall be responsible in all aspects of daily accounting operations which include but not limited to budget forecast, invoicing, monthly closings, accounts payable and receivable monitoring, disbursement, bank reconciliation, local tax compliance and ensure to sustain efficiency in financial management.
Job Description:
He/she will be responsible for:
Trial Balance, Financial position and cash flow
BIR tax preparations, filing and reporting
Payroll registers
General ledger/ journal and disbursements
Cash management
A/R and A/P process management
Balance sheet and bank reconciliation
Preparation of financial reports and forecasting
Sales invoice, revenues and receipts
GIS update
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field, preferably CPA
With at least 7 years of extensive experience in Financial Accounting in manufacturing/ distributorship preferably in related medical industry
Strong background in Philippine taxation and with exposures in handling tax assessments
Excellent in written and communication skills
Team player, collaborative and self-starter
Sound knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping procedures, principles, and regulations
Ability to manage and process a large volume of data within tight deadlines
A keen eye for detail and with a high degree of accuracy
With analytical and problem-solving skills.
