Job Description:
The Chief Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Accounting Department. Its responsibilities shall include, but not limited to, the following:
*Manage the day to day operations of the Accounting Department
*Prepare and submit timely reports, returns and attachments to the Bureau of Internal Revenue
*Comply with the requirements of governing bodies (i.e., Securities and Exchange Commission, Social Security System, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, etc.)
*Prepare accurate payroll computation and payroll files
*Review financial documents, make adjusting entries and schedules of accounts to support the Financial Statements
*Prepare financial reports as needed by the stakeholders
*Ensure that proper controls are in place and accounting documents,records and files are safe kept
Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance- related course
*With at least five (5) years of working experience in the Finance field is an advantage
*With excellent communication skills both in oral and written
*Will be able to work with minor supervision
*Can manage a team of skilled individuals
*Knowledgeable in Accounting software like Quickbooks, SAP One, etc.
*Residency in Bulacan is an advantage

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
