The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Bank Reconciliation,
AP Processing,
AR Processing,
Credit Card Reconciliation,
Journal Entries Recording, and
Financial Reporting.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Provide weekly updates to higher managers regarding the status of engagement
Communicate with the Client all issues encountered and recommend solutions
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
Provide input into the department's goal-setting process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Liaise with our Senior Managers to improve financial procedures
Do other tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
1+ years' of professional accounting experience
Corporate Accounting experience with Global Companies
CPA or Non-CPA are welcome to apply
Fresh graduates with good communication skills can apply
Applicants must be willing to work in a graveyard shift if ever
With own equipment for permanent WFH setup
