We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions to our clients' needs. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility will focus on accounting, financial reporting, and inventory reporting, including developing and reporting regular financial and key performance metrics Management of bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate record keeping and financial reporting Close monitoring of inventory levels to facilitate timely restocking and efficient order fulfillment Support in various tasks aimed at the smooth running of the business Processing customer orders promptly and accurately (as a backup/support role) Serve as a back-up for customer support and inquiries Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience Accounting degree is required Prior experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting is required Experience in managing inventory Strong desire to collaborate in a teamwork environment Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Familiarity with using inventory systems will be highly preferred and proficiency in using QuickBooks Benefits TBD
