Our principals will minimize the inherent risks associated with traditional biotech investments by: Rigorous selection process from our experienced scientific advisory board members and patent attorneys Maintaining a fractionally low burn rate. Leveraging industry relationships to source top technologies and drug development experts to incubate the technologies from acquisition until sale Partnering drugs on a synergistic basis Duties / Responsibilities Monthly reconciliation of accounts Budget tracking for each company Process invoices Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and monthly financial reports Oversee all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process Help set up systems and procedures Work with the managers and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure costs, timelines, and budgets of construction projects are accurately forecasted Perform cost tracking to ensure all financial data is inputted accurately and classified by project and cost description in spreadsheets and Quickbooks Update and maintain accurate records on Dropbox including, contracts, project budgets and cost tracking, reports, invoices, proposals, engineering drawings, permits, etc. Resolve purchase orders, invoices, or payment discrepancies End of each week prepare all charges to make sure they are correct entity Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data Recommend cost-reducing solutions Financial due diligence on potential partners and merging opportunities Requirements A CPA Past experience Proficient in Excel and financial modeling
