Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business decisions
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the food and beverage, restaurant, or catering industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Google Sheets or Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices and regulations is a plus
