PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
Maintain accurate and complete records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management review.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information for budgeting purposes.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts.
Payroll Processing:
Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
Compliance:
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Prepare and file necessary financial reports and tax returns.
Audit Support:
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Ensure that all financial records are well-organized and easily accessible.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently.
Stay updated on advancements in accounting technology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Preferably with knowledge in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willing to work onsite (Pasay)
