Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
Accounts Payable Processing
Review of invoices and billings, voucher and check processing, recording, AP balance monitoring
Accounts Receivable and Other Receivables Processing
Invoice/ Billing Statement preparation and payment/collection recording
Recording and monitoring of fixed asset transactions which include acquisition, maintenance, asset transfer/movement, disposal and insurance coverage; preparation and maintenance of fixed asset register, inventory taking and asset tagging
Other Assets and Liabilities Processing
Account ledgers and schedules
Files and Accounting System Maintenance
Customer AR Receipt Recording, ARAA recording and Debit/Credit Note preparation. (One World System and New Robin System)
Financial Reporting
HQ and Affiliates
Monthly Report, Quarterly and Annual Consolidation Package, SGA Report, Other Reports (e.g., Entertainment, Financial Transaction In Charge), Surveys and Queries
Statutory
SEC and other government agency reports
Financial Audit
Preparation of audit schedules and requirements, coordination with auditors, preparation of audited financial statements and annual corporate income tax return
Budget and Business Planning
Preparation and consolidation of expense and capital investment budget, preparation of HQ Business Plan Report and supporting schedules
Taxation
Computation and filing/remittance of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual BIR taxes, registration fees and reports, renewal of Business License and Mayor's Permit, preparation and issuance of withholding tax certificates to suppliers
Treasury/Cash Management
Cash flow management for operations, investing and financing as applicable, preparation of monthly cash projection report and daily cash position report, custodianship of petty cash, monthly bank reconciliation, processing of fund transfers, coordination with banks, processing of bank requirements, cash/check receipts and deposits, collection/payment processing and monitoring, check releasing and check status monitoring, foreign currency/exchange management
