This is a remote position.
Bank and credit card transactions processing and reconciliation
Maintaining expense tracking record including liaising with crew members
AP, AR and payroll support
Assistance with end-of-month reconciliations and reporting
Requirements
All round experienced accounts assistant with a common sense approach
Ability to work and solve problems independently
Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail
Experience working with multiple currencies will be advantageous but not necessary
Experience with Xero, Dext and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel) is highly desirable
Good people and communications skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
