Responsibilities:
Maintain the accounting books of the Companies under Quantum Group from journal entries up to file maintenance.
Prepare checks for payment liabilities
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements
Prepare monthly financial statements
Assist on the preparation of the BIR Alphalist for companies under Quantum Group
Prepare billings and invoices for sending to client
Prepare a weekly monitoring of sales and accounts receivable
Perform bookkeeping-related tasks as necessary.
