MBG Capital is a boutique investment advisory firm established in 2011 with offices in Singapore and Makati, Philippines. The company provides services to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, asset allocators and offshore alternative investment funds. It is also the investment manager of Seahedge Opportunities Fund SPC, which focuses on listed equity markets in fast-growing ASEAN countries.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified Public Accountant with MBG Capital. The CPA will be responsible for financial statement preparation, tax preparation, accounting, and compliance. Some remote work is acceptable, but the majority of work will be conducted from our Makati office, 3 days a week.
Qualifications
Experience in financial statement preparation and tax preparation
Certified Public Accounting (CPA) License
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in investment advisory, fund management, or financial services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
