Prepares billing and adjustment summaries.
Issuance of billing statements, debit notes, and credit notes of customers.
Data entry of the journal entries for the billing statements, debit notes, and credit notes issued to customers.
Prepares Accounts Receivable reports.
Follow-ups of accounts due from trade customers.
Collects of payments from trade customers in the absence of Liaison Clerk.
Assists the AFM in the preparation of the documentary requirements, schedules, reconciliations, required by the company's tax lawyers to support position papers against tax audits are provided by the company within the timetable set by the tax lawyers.
