Work Hours (Client) : Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (EST)
Work Hours (MNL) : Monday-Friday, 9pm-5am (Manila)
Pay Range : $1000-1600/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who has accounting experience in particular with switching from cash basis to accrual as well as having experience with cost allocation and Quickbooks.
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data for clients
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other reports
Develop customized financial reports to meet clients' needs
Provide financial analysis and advice to clients regarding business plans, budgets, and cash management
Collaborate with the management team to prepare annual budget projections
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial regulations, and guidelines
Responsible for tax filings and payments
Requirements
Has at least 1-2 years of experience as an Accountant
Prior experience in accrual accounting (Required) & cash accounting
Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online Advance(required), Excel, and financial modeling tools
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, financial analysis and bookkeeping
Conversion from cash accounting to accrual accounting (Required)
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
Cost allocations as (required)
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
