Job Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reports.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and balanced.
Prepare financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Assist in budget preparation, monitor actual expenses against budgets, and provide variance analysis.
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and financial planning.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are a plus.
At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting, auditing, or tax preparation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and relevant regulations.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial management tools.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and present meaningful insights to support business decisions.
Meticulous in handling financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Effective written and verbal communication to interact with stakeholders, explain financial information, and collaborate with other departments.
Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
