Job Summary
The Accountant will manage the financial performance of Greenhills Mall, Trade Fairs, and E-Malls including the formulation of budget, forecast and forward plans, and month-end closing. S/he will also prepare various financial reports including balance sheet reconciliation and statutory financial statements. Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification would be an advantage
With at least 3-6 years working experience in Finance, Budgeting, Audit, Taxation, and/or other related functions
Proficient in the usage of MS Office Applications and SAP
Good critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good leadership qualities
