JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preferably a graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years working experience in Accounting and Finance.
Good written and communication skills.
Keen to details.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record financial transactions related to the construction project.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the project.
Track and manage project expenses, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Prepare and analyze project-specific financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for the project.
Process and track invoices and payments.
Assist in preparing project-specific tax documents and compliance.
Support financial analysis and reporting related to the project.
Accepted Applicant will be assigned in Project Site - MRT 7, Quezon City
