● Validate Payment Request Form with attachments such as Purchase Order, Sales/Service Invoice, Billing Statement, and Received Delivery Receipt from local suppliers
● Prepare accounts payable and check vouchers
● Compute withholding tax and net amount for check payments
● Prepare check payments and Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax (2307) to be released to various payees
● Prepare a monthly summary of check disbursements per project
● Prepare a weekly schedule of payables for check payments approval
● Check and validate Expense Report with supporting receipts of employees with liquidation and reimbursement
● Update monitoring of invoices and billings of local suppliers of goods and services
● Prepare summary lists of purchases, sales, and importation in VAT Relief and submit them to BIR
● Formulate VAT Analysis for VAT Computation and filing of VAT Return
● Compute Income Tax Payable Return, collate, and report BIR Form 2307 from clients
● Prepare working paper for account balances and supporting computation for Financial Statements and Annual Income Tax Return
Performs other duties and functions as may be directed by the HR/Finance Director
● Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
● Certified Public Accountant
● At least two (2) years of related accounting work experience
● Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, Docs, and Sheets)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
