What are we looking for:
We are searching for an Accountant to be assigned to our Australian client. In this role, you will be responsible for executing general accounting operations, including analyzing data to support business decision-making, managing financial reports, forecasting and overseeing financial procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
General bookkeeping
Assist in the preparation budgets and monitor expenditures
Calendar management
Review legal documents
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Handle payments, invoicing, billables, accounts payable and receivables
About You:
Core qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Operations and/or Executive Support with background in Accounting, Sales and Marketing
Experience in using Xero
Must be HIGHLY organized
Must be able to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office/ Teams, Google Suite, Slack and Calendly
Exposure and a basic understanding of PowerBI is a plus
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in CRM Tools/Hubspot is a plus
