Oversee and monitor the day-to-day financial operations.
Prepare budget and track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
Provide insightful information and analysis to management and department partners to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Stay up to date with technological advances, accounting software and financial reporting and accounting standards to be used for financial purposes.
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation
Degree in Finance, Business and Accounting
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
At least 3-year experience in Finance role or related field is a plus
Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships
Leadership and employee management skills
Commercial and business awareness
Good communication skills
