Schedule: 10 am to 7pm EST
Tasks:
Preparation of income statements
Pro forma financials
Financial modelling and analysis
Budgets, deviation and analysis
Cash flow statements Taxes
Hands on accounting
Audit Performance monitoring and key metrics
Internal and external data collection, analysis and reporting
Maintain the business dashboard
Requirements:

Bachelors of Commerce/Accounting CPA is a major asset Knowledge/experience with Real Estate investment/development analysis and proformas is an asset
Familiarity and expertise on the following tools:
Windows
Google Suite
Accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks and others MS Office
