Preparation of adjusting and closing entries
Project analysis
Monitoring of expenses - ensures that expenses is accounted per project
Prepares forecasting and variance report per project
Prepares Receivable Monitoring - progress billing report
Highly proficient in Quickbooks
Preparation of Project profitability analysis of Kayak Construction
Monitoring of Billing & Project tracker
Preparation of tax schedules on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Encoding of the supplementary tax schedules such as QAP, MAP, SAWTS and VAT relief
Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations pertaining to tax matters in the RDO and national level
Secures permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements
Can start ASAP.
