1. Managing the company ledger, compiling the company accounts and maintaining the company books while processing daily computations to update accounting records.
2. Providing accounting support to finance and admin manager; keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
3. Monitoring of accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions.
4. Preparation of financial reports and schedules.
5. Monitoring of costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
6. Assist in preparing projection and budget as well as tax planning.
7. Provide support in month-end and year-end close process.
8. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
1. With at least 2 years of work experience in General Accounting and Reporting; Newly board passers with minimal experience (less than 1 year) are also welcome to apply.
2. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are given preferential.
3. Must have intermediate skill in the use of Excel Spreadsheet. Can easily adapt in the use of accounting software(s).
4. Must be detail-oriented and strong analytical skills. Must be a quick-learner. Must be resourceful.
5. With good verbal and written communication skills
6. With working knowledge in Accounting Principles and Tax Laws. Knows FS preparation and accounting controls.
