Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate of BS in Accountancy with 2 years minimum bookkeeping job experience
• Competency in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Power point
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Can work under pressure and used to meet deadlines
• Must be a team player
• Commitment to the objectives of the Organization

General Job Description:
Ø Monitoring commissions paid to the company in a daily basis
Ø Monitoring commissions paid to Sales & Sales Support
Ø Monitoring & Reconciling client payments to bank transactions
Ø Maintaining accounting files, books and records
Ø Monitoring cancellations
Ø Bank transaction Monitoring
Ø Monitoring and scheduling of monthly payments of company's operating expenses and all applicable taxes in an on-time manner
Ø Coordinating with the company's CPA/Accountant/Manager in all Accounting matters as required
Ø CRM Company Activity Report Extraction
Ø Validation of Expenses
Ø Maintenance of the manual Check/Cash Disbursement Register (entry and recon)
Ø Assisting the external auditor for all accounting related requirements
Ø Preparation of the quarterly Financial Statements

· Journal Voucher
· Property & Equipment Schedule
