Responsibilities:
Assist in processing settlement of invoices and other request for payments (preparation of checks or bank wire transfer forms);
Assist in preparation of reports, forms and schedules for the monthly/yearly compliance with BIR, SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth;
Prepare monthly schedules of Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts based on SAP GL;
Liaise with banks concerning banking requests, settlements and other applications;
Liaise with suppliers/service providers/other entities regarding payment/collection concerns;
Check supporting invoices/receipts for expense claims and liquidation of advances;
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent education.
At least 2 years working experience in general accounting, with exposure in disbursements, payroll, taxation, government remittance processes is preferred.
Highly analytical with keen eye for details;
Proficiency in advanced excel spread sheet application is preferred;
Good interpersonal and communications skills;
Can work under pressure and on extended hours if required.
