Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Management and leadership strength, Public speaking competence, , Up to date tax knowledge,
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Accounting in developing and implementing plans, policies and internal procedures for general accounting and reporting purposes
Prepares financial reports
Prepare, reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and supporting documents
Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports
Prepares and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and advises manager of issues on the reconciliation and proposed resolution
Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation
Proposes accounting improvements for operational efficiency
Analyze, post and verify all Accounting Transactions
Responsible for reporting accurate reports compliant to requirements of government regulatory agencies
Performs other related accounting functions that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
