Pelicen Inc. is looking for an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT WITH STRONG MANAGERIAL BACKGROUND OF AT LEAST 5-10 YEARS.
Strong professional experience with #USGAAP, #USSmallToMediumEnterprises, #Xero, #Quickbooks, #Bookkeeping, #Onboarding, #EndtoEndAccounting and #MicrosoftOffice is a MUST. Certifications is a plus however not required. Minimum of 5 YEARS background.
SALARY : Commensurate to experience
LOCATION: MAKATI CITY (Temporary WFH until further notice)
SCHEDULE: M-F 9:00AM - 6:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME (FIXED WEEKEND OFF)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
BS in ACCOUNTING, FINANCE OR RELEVANT DEGREE
CPA or CMA is a plus but not necessary
5-10 years' Experience in Accounting
5-10 years Experience managing/supervising a team
5-10 years Experience with a small and medium start-up bookkeeping company
5-10 years Experience with US ACCOUNTING (US GAAP and US Small to Medium Enterprises)
Experience working and communicating directly with clients
Advanced Expertise with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks desktop, and XERO
Advanced Expertise in Microsoft Applications and Cloud Software
Advance level of English
Deep knowledge and understanding of accounting transactions and the ability to teach
Ability to work Independently
Highly detail-oriented

Step 4: Final Interview - This is the final stage over Skype. If the candidate is successful, the candidate will then be notified once identified for the role via email/sms. If not, candidates will be notified via email/sms. Be in your business attire. Be presentable.
