Prepares and Submit the AR Contract Balance Report to the President every month. -
Prepares the change Order Status Report of each Project and submit to Management every Monday -
Check all Progress Billing and Weekly Projected Collection Report -
Prepares the contract Status Analysis to be attached to every progress Billing of each project -
Prepares collection letter to follow-up collection of outstanding accounts -
Updates and prepares the summary of completed and ongoing projects of Accomplishment
