MVP Asia Pacific is looking for an Accountant for one of our clients. Our client provide access to sound business, accounting, and tax advice to clients with professionalism and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and review of payroll for different clients.
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Accounting/Accountancy, CPA is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting/tax/finance
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
Reporting research results
Australia payroll, preferably with experience on hospitality awards and Deputy
Australia tax, preferably with experience on Xero tax and Class super (have worked with Trust, Company, Individuals and SMSF)
Strong and effective English communicator (both verbal and written)
Experience and knowledge in Xero
