JOB DECRIPTION:
Knowledge in accounts payable, tax payment and other related duties and responsibilities in Accounting department.
Perform daily cash reconciliation, monthly rent calculation, fixed asset listing / depreciation and amortization calculation, and mortgage interest calculation, accrual worksheet, and asset management fee calculation and submit associated work papers
Prepare and submit monthly journal entry summary, standalone financial statement, and consolidated financial statement
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking .
At least two (3) years of working experience in the field is required for this position.
Applicant must be willing to work 6 days a week.
