JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities.
Prepare monthly trial balance and other financial reports
Responsible for the analysis of revenues, costs and other related expenses
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDAILY:
- reviews and countersigns sales invoice and delivery receipt
- reviews and countersigns check requisitions/check vouchers
WEEKLY:
- reviews on-calls salaries
- reviews petty/revolving fund replenishments
- reviews cash advance liquidations
- reviews costs of salesBI-MONTHLY:
- reviews daily time records of regular employees
- prepares salary deductions scheduleMONTHLY:
- prepares monthly working papers and schedules
- Trial balance
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable
- A/R - employees
- Customers deposits
- Advances to suppliers
- journal entries
- computes and set ups third party commission and corresponding tax
- handles BIR filing of returns: ITW-C, ITW-E, VAT
QUARTERLY:
- BIR filing of returns and dat files
- ITW-E
- VAT
- Business permit payments
ANNUAL
- BIR filing of returns and dat files
- 1604 C
- Alphalist of ITW E
- ITR
- Renewal of registration
- Renewal of business permitsAnd other duties that may be assigned from time to time
