1. Certifies and checks the payroll list of employees, staff and janitors
2. Prepares the following:
school's annual income tax return
accounting staff's attendance summary report
W-3 for submission to BIR
financial reports
application of the school payment to DECS
Board of Trustees' Annual information sheets to the SEC
prepares report for the National Statistics Office
3. Computes payments for the following:
school's annual residence certificate
year-end adjustment of withholding tax for compensation and expanded
4. Remits government taxes such as SSS, Medicare, ECC, Pag-ibig, etc.
5. Certifies the cash vouchers being paid to suppliers
6. Checks various disbursements made and receipts collected
7. Holds discussions with external auditor
8. Prepares the W-2 of all employees
9. Prepares subsidiary records of expenses made
Ability to communicate in Chinese is required due to the nature of clients and the position holder may be requested to communicate with Chinese organizations or associations regarding student concerns
