Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
Facilitates and completes monthly close procedures.
Analyzes revenue, payroll and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis.
Prepares monthly account reconciliations.
Assists with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
Assists with financial and tax audits.
Assists with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
Assists in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
Reviews of financial statement.
Proposes process improvement as necessary.
Directly communicates with the client of any issues or concerns encountered.
Other projects as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• CPA is not required but is an advantage
• BS Accountancy / BS Accounting Technology Graduate
• Must have basic knowledge in accounting software (ERPs)
• Proficient in using MS Applications and Email platforms
• Well versed in accounting standards (GAAP)
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work
• Team player
• Must be proactive and willing to extend longer working hours as needed
• Willing to travel and/or be assigned at client's office location
• Strong email/business correspondence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
•To process and liase documents before the BIR ,Immigration,LGU,other Government Agencies.
