Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end financial reports
Bookkeeping
Manage payroll computation before the pay day (every 7th and 22nd of the month)
Manage employee contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
Record the following, but not limited to, necessary financial data to the accounting system in order to generate monthly/quarterly reports:
a. Sales
b. Purchases (from Cash Voucher/Check Voucher/Loose Receipts)
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual BIR reports
Qualifications
Requirements:
Accounting graduate (does not have to be CPA, but with experience in Payroll and Employee Contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
with experience in using QUICKBOOKS (REQUIRED)
knowledgeable in computer applications (MS Office)
With strong/high attention to detail. Organized and can work with minimal supervision.
can function independently, work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and maintain confidentiality of materials and information.
Willing to be trained (ONLINE while work from home set-up is still imposed) and has a positive outlook in life
Willing to work from home (TEMPORARY)
Has a desktop / laptop for online training or work from home (TEMPORARY).
Has a stable internet connection
Has an active bank account under your name (preferably China bank account - payroll purposes)
